Chemical Structure Search

Our team of patent professionals, with advanced degrees including PhDs, specializes in conducting chemical structure searches on STN* and other databases.
*All fees incurred on STN are passed on without markup, and a transcript is provided with the search reports. If needed, we can assist with running searches on your STN account
Deep Indexing- Patent & Non-Patent Classification

Patent Classification involves categorizing patents based on their technical scope and assigning relevant classification symbols, such as CPC, IPC, or F-terms, according to the patent classification scheme. Incorrect classification can affect downstream activities, including the ability to conduct accurate prior art searches.
We help PTO's in performing the classification of unpublished applications as and when they are filed with the respective PTO's.
Patent & Non-Patent
Re-classification

Patent Re-Classification involves re-categorizing patents based on a revised classification scheme or amendments to an existing scheme. It may also be necessary to move patents to new symbols or sections due to an increase in writings in a certain field.
Expert assistance may be required to correct any errors in previous classification and we can efficiently and cost-effectively help PTOs with this task.
